Werner Restoration replaced windows and glass doors in our home. I was dreading the mess. To my surprise, every evening I would come home prepared to deal with the dust and chips and messy rooms. Instead, Luke and John covered everything with plastic, installed a huge air cleaner, and left our home spotless every day during a week of work. The windows are beautiful, and the people from Werner left our home, and garage where they did the work, looking better that it did before they started
It was very late in the evening on a Saturday that fire broke out in a unit of our apartment building and spread to three other units. Werner Restoration Services arrived at 2:00 am Sunday to board up windows and secure the doors. We had to evacuate 30 people from the complex as electricity and gas lines had to be shut down. Within 5 days Werner Restoration Services had isolated the four damaged units and we were able to move all of the residents back into the unaffected apartments. This kept disruption to a minimum. We want to express our sincere gratitude to all the folks at Werner Restoration Services for a most professional performance in bringing this through successfully and ahead of schedule!
We found Werner Restoration Services to be trustworthy, timely, and very helpful. They came to our home immediately after the fire and helped to keep us at ease throughout the trying times reconstruction that followed until the last detail was completed, ahead of schedule. In May of 2005, our basement that had all new carpet and freshly painted walls became soaked with water. We called Werner Restoration Services and they came to our aid very quickly, set up their equipment and did what they do best. Then, one year later, we had water in our basement once again. Granted, it was due to my own fault of clogged gutters that needed to be cleaned out. Eric was at my home within 90 minutes and again did a wonderful job, he remembered our home from the year before and had a very caring attitude. I really appreciated the professionalism.

Our first expectations were very low since we had been mistreated in the past by other construction companies. I was instead pleasantly surprised to find that Werner Restoration Services went above and beyond to provide the most professional, high quality service we have ever received. The entire staff and crew members remained extremely professional throughout the whole process. Cleanup was efficient every day, and the guys on the job site left their shirts on, which was a pleasant surprise. Communication is very important to us, and Mike Zemo and Toby Allison called us at least every couple of days to update us. Mike and Toby also did a respectable job of handling the communication with the insurance company reps for us too. Thank You Werner for helping us through a difficult time so well.

After a very heavy rain, Werner Restoration Services did a fantastic job of beginning the drying process quickly even though they had so many other water loss calls. They explained the process from top to bottom and were very courteous! Our basement was dried out completely in a course of 1 week. The place was dry, germ & odor free and smelling like it never happened. I hope I never have to deal with another disaster, but if I do I know who to call.
