Has more than 20 years of new construction and restoration experience Mike's vast knowledge as a master craftsman and production manager has prepared him to be an accurate and efficient estimator. His ability to assess the damage in an Insurance Claim, and estimate it thoroughly the first time, has made him a true expert you can rely on.
Toby
has over 12 years new construction & remodeling experience,Toby's customer service skills comfort our customers, making their Restoration project a pleasant one. His organizational skills speed the rebuilding process to return our customers lives back to normal quickly. Toby has received many hours of additional water mitigation training. He has also received a Level 1 Thermographer Certification for Thermal Imaging as it applies to building sciences. You can count on Toby to ensure all aspects of the restoration process are completed efficiently.
Doug
has 25 years experience in all facets of Commercial, Residential and Industrial Construction. He brings many new ideas and creative energy to our Production Staff, and He creates a great environment for communication and efficiency.
Michele
has been in the field of marketing for over 10 years. Her art/Marketing backround, enthusiastic attitude and creativity have brought a new energy to the Werner Restoration Services team.She has been instrumental in developing all of our new literature and marketing concepts as well as renewing a sense of excellence in all that we do in the community. Michele also has developed a quality control program that helps us to solve and prevent any potential problems on current job sites.
Brent
has acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Brent has been part of the Werner Restoration Services Team since 2001 and is a Marketing Manager as well as an Estimator. Brent brings life and new ideas to our future plans to grow and improve.
Janie
brings over 12 years of management experience to the Disaster Restoration Cleaning Division She has organized the entire claims process on very large commercial properties down to smaller residential losses. She understands all aspects of the cleaning process for structure and contents as well as the complicated procedure of packing out the salvageable belongings.
Eric
has over 7 years experience in Fire and Water Restoration. Eric is well known for his polite customer service and caring demeanor. Homeowners often comment on Eric’s knowledge and positive attitude. He has received multiple levels of advanced water loss certification training and has become a sound asset to the Werner Management Team.
