We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team based out of Colona, Illinois. In this salaried role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing referral partner relationships across multiple verticals throughout the Quad Cities region.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, etc.)
• Represent Werner Restoration Services with professionalism and integrity in the field
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase referral network
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to expand reach as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in a relationship-driven or service-oriented industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships
• Comfortable with regular travel within the Quad Cities region
